Helping women at work

Women can be bosses

We help women do well at work.
We help women become bosses.

We want a fair world.
We think women and men should have equal chances.
At work, things can be easier for men.
Most bosses are men.
There are many more men bosses than women bosses.
This means that not as many women are bosses.

Men also get more money for their work than women.
Even if they do the same work!
That is not fair.

We want to help women.
We want more women to become bosses.
We want equal chances for women and men to be bosses.
Because that is fair.
We are trying to make this happen.

We work together with other people.
We help women.
Because we need more women bosses for a fair future.
On our website, we show you what we are doing to help.

Only 5 were women

In 2025, out of 100 managers at the biggest companies in the European Union, only 5 were women.

82 cents

Women leaders earn less money than men leaders. Women get 82 cents when men get 1 dollar.

More money

Companies that have men and women managers make more money. These companies are also nicer places to work.

Same number of women and men leaders

Companies that have the same number of women and men leaders will make a lot more money.
